Lifetime Cover for the Phoenix Contact Products in Your Cabinet
Every component you install carries your name with it.
When one fails, it’s your board, your machine or your job that the customer remembers.
Phoenix Contact Australia’s Complete Cabinet Confidence Lifetime Warranty puts the manufacturer’s name behind those components too. Registered customers are covered against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product.
What you get
The Lifetime Warranty is offered on top of Phoenix Contact’s other published product warranties. For registered customers, it means:
- Lifetime cover against defects in workmanship and materials
- Defective covered products repaired or replaced by Phoenix Contact
- Cover across many product categories, including terminal blocks, relay modules, power supplies and UPS, surge protection, controllers, I/O systems, functional safety and industrial communication
- A short online registration
Phoenix Contact describes the program as built on its “dedication to quality and innovation”. A manufacturer offers lifetime cover when it expects its products to go the distance.
“The peace of mind that comes with Phoenix Contact’s Lifetime Warranty is invaluable. It allows us to focus on our core operations without worrying about product failures.”
Adel Al Khiami, System Engineer Manager, Thales
Why it matters for switchboard builders
Switchboards are built to stay in service for many years.
With registered cover, the Phoenix Contact terminal blocks, relay modules, power supplies and surge protection inside your boards are backed for the life of the product. A component that fails through a defect is repaired or replaced by Phoenix Contact.
That gives you more confidence in the components you specify, especially on long-life projects in infrastructure, utilities, mining and process plants.
Why it matters for OEMs and machine builders
The cover can travel with your equipment.
When you build covered Phoenix Contact products into OEM equipment you sell, the people who buy that equipment are covered for those products too. You and your customer both need to register in the program.
That gives you lifetime component cover to offer with every machine you supply, which is a strong point of difference when your customer is comparing quotes.
What you need to do
Getting covered is quick. Staying covered comes down to a few conditions.
Register before you buy. Cover starts on the date you register, and products bought before then aren’t covered. Register here on the Phoenix Contact website.
Buy through an authorised distributor. Products must be bought in Australia, from Phoenix Contact Australia or an authorised Australian distributor. Dore Electrics is an authorised distributor of Phoenix Contact.
Power and protect the cabinet properly. Install products to Phoenix Contact’s specifications and recommendations. Make sure all electronics are powered and protected with appropriate Phoenix Contact power supplies and surge protection.
Report faults within 30 days. Use the claim request procedure on Phoenix Contact’s website and include reasonable detail about the failure.
A few items sit outside the program, such as software, printers and normal wear on relay contacts. The full Terms and Conditions on Phoenix Contact’s Lifetime Warranty page list them all.

Our co-branded Phoenix Contact Lifetime Warranty brochure covers the benefits of the program, the three steps to register and Phoenix Contact’s four core areas: power reliability, cabinet efficiency, automation and connectivity.
